The main objective of this position is to provide operational support to the Nursing and Human Resources Department.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and bi-weekly timekeeping of all nursing staff
  • Facilitating new hire orientation/onboarding for all nursing staff
  • Conducting pre-employment screening processes
  • Assisting the HR director with various administrative duties

This is a full-time hourly position. Expected hours of work are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • 2+ years of administrative experience required
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills
  • Healthcare/HR experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to successfully complete background check and drug screen required
