The Chateau Dining Services team is looking for a positive, reliable and team-oriented individual to provide the best culinary experience for our residents and guests.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of high quality food items according to standardized recipes or instructions in a fast, efficient manner in order to meet production, deliver, and service schedules.
  • Assisting in daily food prep and production for kitchen and bakery including quantity/ batch cooking.
  • Assists Executive Chef or Sous Chef in accurate counting of food and supplies for inventories
  • Cleaning and maintaining organization of kitchen work areas, equipment and tools Part-time and full-time positions are available.
